My name is Monica.

 

My mother was born and bred in Bavaria, Germany.

I was lucky enough to live and attend school there for a few years. During that time I fell in love with the people, the land, the culinary cuisine and the traditions.

 

This website is a synopsis of my time in Bavaria. Some of the recipes are true Bavarian; some are from my mother's cookbook.
